We trade exclusively with businesses. An enquiry starts with part numbers, application, specifications, quantities and delivery destination. We also discuss brand preferences, packaging and timing. These details help us match parts and materials to your maintenance, repair or stock requirements. We discuss any alternative with you before including it in the agreement.

The quotation brings together product descriptions, quantities, price, currency, delivery and payment arrangements. An enquiry is not an order: work proceeds on the basis of confirmed business agreements. Changes to quantities, availability or destination are discussed again. Our central contact in Belgium connects your request with the relevant offices, warehouses and transport arrangements.

From specification to careful delivery.

A brand name or similar appearance is not enough to select a part. We ask for the original manufacturer's part reference, vehicle model and technical variant. For oils and fluids, we discuss the required specification, volume and packaging. Before dispatch, quantities and receiving details are aligned. After delivery, report discrepancies with the order reference and relevant photographs so the parties involved can assess the same information.

International connections

Air freight

Air freight may suit urgent parts or international shipments where time matters. We discuss weight, dimensions, packaging and shipping information. Acceptance and routing are agreed per shipment, particularly for fluids, batteries or other products requiring special handling.

Sea freight

For larger volumes and consolidated goods, we discuss full or shared container transport. Packaging, documents and onward road connections are prepared together. The selection below includes the five largest container shipping groups by operated container capacity, alongside Seatrade.
